HIPAA Compliance

MedScribe Hub is fully HIPAA compliant. We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with all covered entities and implement all required administrative, physical, and technical safeguards.

Data Retention

Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription. Transcripts are retained according to your organization's policies and can be deleted upon request.
